Telex HyGain VR2 138-175 MHz selectable antenna is for professional and radio amateur use. 3 dBd gain derived from famous extended double zepp antenna design. 

The radiating elements are two collinear 5/8 waves fed in phase. Two sets of 1/4 wave radials properly decouple the lower radiator from the mast.
